Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 05/23/26

1. Description of Services

Slesh is an AI-powered browser automation tool. It helps users complete tasks, navigate the web, and interact with content using natural language or simple actions. The Services may use AI models (including third-party providers) to generate responses, perform automations, and enhance user experience.

2. Eligibility

You may use Slesh only if:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction; and
  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

By using Slesh, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at team@slesh.ai of any unauthorized use.

4. AI Usage and Output

Slesh uses large language models and browser automation to generate responses, suggestions, and actions ("AI Output"). While designed to be helpful, AI Output may be incorrect, outdated, or misleading. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI Output before relying on it or taking action based on it.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of any AI Output. You should not rely on Slesh for legal, medical, or financial advice without professional verification.

5. Your Content

You may provide inputs or data ("User Content") to Slesh during use. We process User Content to deliver relevant functionality and improve performance. By using the Services, you grant Slesh a limited license to process and store your User Content solely for these purposes.

You are responsible for the legality of your User Content. You must not provide content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.

We do not use your general conversations or browsing activity to train general-purpose AI models. We never share that data with third-party AI providers for training.

Exception — Slesh Tasks: If you choose to participate in Slesh Tasks (as described in Section 9), the data you submit as part of those tasks may be used to train and improve AI models, and may be transferred, licensed, sublicensed, sold, or otherwise commercialized by Slesh and its partners, including AI labs, research organizations, distributors, and other third parties, for AI development, evaluation, research, and related purposes.

By completing a Slesh Task, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

  • Your task submissions, including full trajectory data (such as screenshots, DOM snapshots, action sequences, form inputs, network activity, and any associated metadata), may be retained, used, transferred, licensed, sublicensed, and commercialized by Slesh and its partners for the purposes described above.
  • Your task submissions may include personal information that you voluntarily enter while completing a task (such as names, email addresses, or other information typed into forms on websites). You consent to the retention and use of this information as part of the task data for AI training and related purposes. Slesh does not intentionally collect payment card data, government-issued identifiers, biometric identifiers, or content from sensitive categories, and applies redaction to known sensitive fields in network headers (such as passwords and authentication tokens).
  • The license you grant Slesh for already-submitted task data is perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, and royalty-free. You understand that once task data has been shared with Slesh's partners or sublicensees, it cannot be recalled.
  • Participation in Slesh Tasks is voluntary and opt-in. You may stop participating in Slesh Tasks at any time, but this does not affect rights already granted in previously submitted task data.

6. Data Storage and Privacy

By default, Slesh stores your conversation history to allow continuity across sessions and access to past context. You can disable storage at any time via settings, in which case prior conversations will no longer be stored or retrievable.

You also have full control to delete your history at any time.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Your use of Slesh is subject to that policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes;
  • Misuse or overload our systems;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Services;
  • Upload malicious code;
  • Violate any website's terms of service via Slesh automation;
  • Mislead others that AI Output was generated solely by humans.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we believe your use violates these Terms.

8. Fair Use

Slesh's services, including token-based usage, are subject to fair use. Each plan comes with defined limits, and even "unlimited" plans are subject to soft limits designed to prevent abuse of our systems. Excessive or unreasonable use of tokens or system resources that goes beyond normal patterns of use may be considered abuse. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of the Services constitutes abuse, including but not limited to excessive token consumption that does not align with fair use.

9. Slesh Tasks & Earnings

9.1 Data Rights and Consent

When you complete a Slesh Task, the data you submit (including but not limited to web interaction trajectories, screenshots, DOM snapshots, action sequences, form inputs, network call records, and any associated metadata) is collected and retained by Slesh.

By completing a Slesh Task, you grant Slesh a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, transfer, license, sublicense, sell, and commercialize the task data for any purpose related to AI development, training, evaluation, research, benchmarking, and commercial distribution, including through Slesh's partners, distributors, and sublicensees.

You acknowledge that:

  • Task data may inherently contain personal information you voluntarily enter while completing a task. You consent to this information being included in the data.
  • Slesh applies redaction to known sensitive fields in network headers (such as passwords and authentication tokens) but does not strip personal information from screenshots, DOM snapshots, or form input fields, as this information is often essential to the training value of the trajectory.
  • Slesh does not intentionally collect payment card data, government-issued identifiers, biometric identifiers, or content from sensitive categories.
  • You should not complete Slesh Tasks involving accounts, content, or information you do not want included in training data. If you have access to sensitive accounts (such as banking, healthcare, or employer systems) you should not perform Slesh Tasks on those accounts.

Slesh offers optional micro-tasks ("Slesh Tasks") that users may complete to earn rewards. These tasks may include activities such as navigating websites, completing workflows, verifying web content, and other short-form web interactions used for training and improving AI systems.

Task availability on Slesh depends on a variety of factors, including partner demand, platform testing phases, system capacity, and marketplace conditions. Tasks may appear in waves, may be limited, or may be unavailable at times. Participation in Slesh Tasks does not guarantee access to tasks or a minimum level of earnings.

The number of rewarded tasks a user may complete may depend on their subscription plan and overall task availability on the platform.

All submitted tasks undergo an automated validation system. Each task may have different difficulty levels, validation requirements, and reward structures. Rewards are determined based on the quality, correctness, and successful completion of each task. Tasks that fail to meet validation criteria may not receive rewards. Slesh reserves the right to adjust validation standards, task structures, and reward calculations at any time.

Rewards are earned in the form of points. Points may be converted to USD at a conversion rate determined by Slesh. This conversion rate may change at any time at Slesh's sole discretion without prior notice. The current conversion rate is displayed within the Slesh platform.

Earnings may vary depending on factors including task availability, task difficulty, system demand, and the quality of submitted work. Any earnings examples, estimates, or illustrative figures displayed within the platform, marketing materials, or pricing pages are for informational purposes only and do not represent a guarantee of income.

Withdrawal thresholds, processing speeds, and access to certain platform features may vary depending on the user's subscription plan. Slesh reserves the right to delay, adjust, withhold, or revoke rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation of the system, or low-quality submissions.

Participation in Slesh Tasks does not constitute employment, contract work, or any form of guaranteed work relationship with Slesh.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, UI, code, and content in the Services (excluding your User Content) are owned by or licensed to Slesh. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Changes to the Services

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of Slesh at any time without notice or liability. We will attempt to notify you of major changes via email or in-product notice where appropriate.

12. Disclaimers

Slesh is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Services will be error-free or uninterrupted;
  • AI Output will be accurate, complete, or up to date.

You use the Services at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slesh and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to use the Services in the prior 6 months.

14. Termination

You may stop using Slesh at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. We may delete any associated data unless required to retain it by law.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. All disputes will be resolved individually — class actions are not permitted.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first use by contacting team@slesh.ai.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
